  1. During the installation of this program you may encounter the following error:

  3. The procedure entry point ReinitializeCriticalSection could not be located in the dynamic link library KERNEL32.DLL
  4.  
  5. This error can occur when the Windows NT version of the URL.dll file is replaced with another version.  This error can be resolved by fixing this file.
  6.  
  7. To fix this file, insert the Windows NT 4.0 CD-ROM and open a command prompt window.  Then, at the prompt, type the following:

  9.      expand <CD>:\i386\url.dl_ <Windows NT>\system32\url.dll
  10.  
  11. where <CD> is your CD-ROM drive letter and <Windows NT> is the name of your Windows NT 4.0 folder.
